Food is Not the Boss of Me is a 21-Day Program. Each day, you’ll receive a short video lesson, a written devotional, an audio experiential activity, and an easy-to-follow workout that focuses on gentle movement for every fitness level. Plus, you’ll receive recipes to give you fresh ideas for mealtime. You’ll also have 3 group coaching sessions to connect with a Wholeness Coach + Revelation Wellness® facilitator who has experience teaching others to engage with food God’s way.
